Situated about 60 km west of Oshakati in the Oshana Region, Ogongo is another modern campus, accommodating UNAM's Crop Science Department of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources

This reflects another initiative by the University of Namibia to reach out to the large population contingent in the northern part of Namibia , through establishing a smart partnership with the Government's Ministry of Agriculture, Water, and Forestry.
