The Northern Campus will be accessible to all Namibian students, as well as to students from beyond the borders of Namibia.

The Northern Campus will provide flexible modes of delivery in both its non-formal and formal programme, and will endeavor to provide multiple entries and exit points.
The campus will provide facilities for, and develop, a research capacity that is particularly oriented towards illuminating and understanding significant social, cultural, and economic issues in the north central regions.
