    7. Short Biography Ms Venter has been lecturing at the University of NAmibia since 1986. Her area of expertise is community health science. In 2004 she has been teaching Physical Science at one of the local primary and secondary schools in Windhoek, Namibia. She practiced as a private nurse practitioner from 2005 – 2006. Since 2006 she has been lecturing at the Centre for External Studies, University of Namibia and was appointed Head of Department for Student Support at the Centre for External Studies in 2008.
