| I am a Namibian with over eight years of experience in the senior secondary school education in Namibia. Assist Lecturing in Languages and Linguistics and also offer student support to distance students. I also tutor mark in the BETD Insert Programme-ECS modules. I have partaken in the assessment of teaching practice for distance students among others. Part of my duties also entails academic counselling specifically during registrations and in the course of the year. I was appointed as an assistant lecturer in 2007 at the University of Namibia, Northern Campus in Oshakati. |

| I have developed keen interest in teaching English to secondary school learners as well as assessing general teaching methodology in teaching. The pre mentioned is coupled with avid interest in management leadership in education in general. |
