    7. Short Biography Ms Shikongo is a Namibian with teaching experience as a Nurse Educator for 15 years. She has worked as an academic and outreach coordinator in distance education programmes covering student support services, curriculum choices and student administration. She has an experience of 6 years in distance education, mainly in the area of Education, Business Administration, Nursing and BETD Inset Programme. She has been involved in Strategic Communication for Social behaviour change in research, monitoring and evaluation of communication interventions and programmes for HIV/AIDS with AfriComNet. She is a facilitator of adult learners in any setting using learner-centred approaches.
    She is currently the Deputy Director for the Centre for External Studies, University of Namibia.
