The UNAM Foundation aspires to be a centre of excellence in resource mobilization, and to foster relationships and partnerships in the promotion of higher education

Mission

To encourage private financial support from individuals, corporations, Foundations and NGO’s to enable the University of Namibia to fulfill its mission as the national institution of higher education

Objectives

• To maintain and conduct a trust for the benefit of the University of Namibia

• To procure contributions to the Trust Fund to support the goals and objectives of the Trust’

• To mobilize funds and capital, directly and indirectly as principal or agent, by every possible means, in and outside Namibia, to support or sustain any facility, institution or effort of the University of Namibia

• To initiate, constitute or conduct any venture, business or programme whatsoever which may directly or indirectly contribute to the fulfillment of these objectives

• To build relationship and create network with other Foundations, Companies, Corporate, NGO's and individuals
