7. Short biography (maximum 150 words) Kaspar is a Namibian with BSc. In Natural Resources (Fisheries & Aquatic Science) obtained from the University of Namibia. He worked at Namibia Nature Foundation for Albatross Task Force Project as an instructor in 2009. He then joined the Sam Nujoma Marine & Coastal Resources Centre (SANUMARC) in 2011 as a Marine Science Technologist. He is currently enrolling for the Master of Integrated Land Management (2nd year student, Polytechnic of Namibia)
