Edgar is a Namibian professional with MSc. (In Biodiversity Management and Research) obtained from the University of Namibia. He worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry as a Forest Researcher before joining the Sam Nujoma Marine & Coastal Resources Centre (SANUMARC) in 2011 as a Desert & Coastal Agriculture Researcher.
