Short biography (maximum 150 words)	Gadaffi is a Namibian with an MSc. in Fisheries Resources obtained from the Ningbo University in the PR China. He worked at Abroma fishing Industries as a quality assurance assistant, he then joined the Walvis Bay salt refiners – Oyster farm in 2007. He then joined the Sam Nujoma Marine & Coastal Resources Centre (SANUMARC) in 2012 as a Marine Researcher.
