Multimedia Presentations

Do you have a lecture, seminar or workshop for which you require a multimedia presentation? The IMMU has a variety of software that can assist you in producing (and presenting) this either here on campus or we can also “package” it for you to take with you wherever you require it.

Video Editing

The IMMU can edit video materials right here on campus! We have a selection of digital video cameras to film special events, classes, seminars or lectures that you wish to archive. We can also produce specific faculty and department profiles. We edit and add special effects to your videos.

Video Conferencing

The IMMU manages the University of Namibia’s videoconferencing equipments. This service currently utilized for teaching at our regional campuses as well as by academics and administrators who need to be in contact with their counterparts elsewhere. If you would like to schedule an videoconference session, please contact us in advance for the booking.

Web-based Learning

Together with the e-Learning Committee, the IMMU can also assist you with the production of materials for online courses. This may range from re­formatting simple text to the production of video and/or audio streaming, presentations etc. If you are interested in putting your course on the web please contact us or the eLearning Committee.
