Anneline has  worked for the MRC since 1997 when she started as the Secretary for the Gender Training and Research Programme. She started working as the Secretary to the MRC Director from 2000. From 2005 -2008 she was away and worked as a Teacher at Dawid Bezuidenhout Secondary School, Khomasdal, Windhoek. She rejoined the MRC as Secretary to the Director at the end of 2008 till present.

She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education: Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Studies, University of Namibia.
