Biography in brief

Dr. Cheikhyoussef is a Syrian. He has been involved in Food Science and Technology research for the past 10 years with emphasis on Food Microbiology and Food Safety.  He worked for the Syrian Food Safety Bureau (SFSB) as the deputy manager in the Food Biochemistry and Microbiology Laboratory for six months after which he embarked on his PhD studies in China.

Now he is living in Namibia and working at UNAM-MRC as a researcher within Research, Innovation and Value-addition Division on IKST Namibian Traditional Foods and Beverages program
