Biography in brief

Mr Kazapua served, before independence, as a member of Council and Senate of the Academy for Tertiary Education, and after independence, appointed as a Consultant to the Transitional Planning Team, led by Prof. Peter Katjavivi, which planned the establishment of the University of Namibia.

Appointed the as Founding Registrar of the University of Namibia, and later became the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance at UNAM. Presently he is a Senior Researcher at the Multidisciplinary Research Centre (MRC) of the University of Namibia.

Project supervision & co-supervision

Director/Coordinator of the UNAM-SANTED Project, (March 2004 – September 2009) for the South Africa – Norway Tertiary Education Development Programme (SANTED) a Norwegian-funded Programme assisting the South African Department of Education with the transformation of higher education sector.
