Ms. A. Ngula completed her first degree BA (Library Science and Record Management with Industrial Psychology as her second major) at the University of Namibia in 2005.

Mrs Ngula worked at the Ministry of Education from 2006-2010 in the Directorate of Libraries and Archive Services as a librarian and was based at Windhoek Public Library. Currently employed at the Multidisciplinary Research Centre Resource Centre, as an assistant librarian.
