MRC “PEER-REVIEWED ARTICLE” WRITING MONTH 25/10 – 25/11 /2010

Upon instructions given by MRC director; Dr. Hina Mu Ashakele on increasing the scientific article outputs and capacity building for MRC members; MRC is conducting a series of seminars on learning skill sets of publishing scientific articles. The activities include:

  • Transformation of technical report(s) into peer review article(s).
  • Drafting scientific articles from raw data.
  • Exercises on published article examples from different MRC individuals.
  • Develop individual topics for drafting of scientific papers and reviewing process for the drafted papers.
  • Identification of targeted journals for the divisional drafts.
  • Invite peers for evaluation and submission of the divisional drafts.
  • It is expected to submit between 8-10 articles by the end of this writing month.
