Mr. Maharero is a Namibian with 10 years of experience in agricultural training. He was involved in both the formal and non-formal training of agricultural field workers in Namibia. He participated in several curriculum development and review exercises for the Agricultural Colleges and the University of Namibia. He served as consultant to a number of multi-disciplinary consultancy projects in Namibia and gained valuable experience.
