Ms Ndeinoma is a Namibian with seven years experience in training Diploma students in the field of Forestry and also Agriculture.  She has been training in the Ministry of Agriculture Water and Rural Development, Ministry of Education and now with the University of Namibia.  During this period she has been involved in community service for tree planting and management through the Northern Namibia Committee of Forestry as well as on community projects on bee farming.  She was involved in collaborative research on participatory management of mopane woodland in Namibia and Zimbabwe.  During the period of employment with the two Ministries, she has been heading the Forestry Department at Ogongo campus therefore was involved in several administrative activities to implement projects in the department as well as supervision of staffs in the department. Currently she is co- ordinating international exchange programmes that exists at Ogongo campus.
