Mr. Samakupa is a lecturer in the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences and has been involved in teaching at the University of Namibia since the completion of his post graduate studies. He currently forms part of the team that is developing short courses intended for the Namibian fishing industry in collaboration with the University of Iceland.
