7. Short Biography

Nditange is a Namibian with about 4 years of teaching experience at the University of Namibia. He has been involved in Food Science and Technology research for the past 10 years. He offers several BSc courses in Food Science & Technology specialization. Despite him being the Head of Department, he has been a project team leader for other several research studies conducted in Namibia.
