(....is a Namibian, he matriculated at Sanjo Secondary School and in 1995 he enrolled with the Unam and completed a B. degree in administration in 1998. In his final year (1998), he spent 6 months as an intern in the USA - Maryland, where he worked for a company called Morse Enterprises, Inc. funded by USAID, under ‘Africare’ program. Upon his return to Namibia, he got employed in the government – Ministry of Finance as a Customs Officer. In 2001, he was promoted to being a senior taxation officer. In 2002, he went on study leave and enrolled with University of Botswana, where he graduated with a master’s degree in public administration (2004). He resigned from the government in December 2007 and joined this institution as a part-time lecturer. In 2008 he became a permanent Lecturer in the department of Political & Administrative Studies. |
