7. Short Biography (maximum 150 words)	Over 18 years of professional experience of which 8 years was in management in organisations such as Cash Paymaster Services and City of Windhoek. He started as a training accountant with CDM (Pty) Ltd and then proceeds to BDO Spencer to continue his training. He started 6 years ago to lecture at the Polytechnic of Namibia on a part time basis before joining the University of Namibia on a full time basis, lecturing a range of modules in the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.
