MUREE TJIUEZA was the Head and is currently a lecturer of Management within the Faculty of Economics & Management Science of the University of Namibia, and has considerable lecturing experience across the fields of management: Subjects lectured include: Strategic Marketing, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational behavior, Strategic Management and International Business.
Taught at the University of Bremen in Germany as a visiting lecturer for three years. He taught International Human Resource Management for the Masters of Business administration students. He is the developer of the following study guides: Strategic Marketing three and four, Business Economics and Human Resources Management three for the Centre of External studies (University of Namibia). Previously he worked for both the Namibian Brewery and Coca Cola as a sales consultant.
He has extensive experience in Human Resource management/training and consulting in strategic development with major organizations in both the public and private sectors in Namibia. He started his consulting / training career in the Small Medium Enterprise and the Community sectors before working as Chief Training Officer in the Office of the Prime Minister.
In addition to the above, Tjiueza is the architect and the current Coordinator for the graduate programmes (both the Advance Diploma, Post Grad. Diploma in Business Administration. He played an instrumental role in the development of the current academic MBA.
Currently he is enrolled for a PhD at the Business School, National University of Science of Technology, Zimbabwe, studying for a PhD on Intellectual Capital Management. |
