7. Short Biography (Narrative, third person, maximum 150 words)	Ms Yon is a Namibian with almost 20 years experience in education administration. She was appointed as Secretary to the Dean, FEMS, in 1990. She held this position while she was also acting as Post-Graduate Programme Officer until 1999. She moved to her current position at the Namibia Business School, in 2000 and became full-time coordinator of various Masters programmes offered in collaboration with other academic institutions such as University of London (CeFIMS), African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), and Maastricht School of Management (MsM).
