Dr. Iipinge holds a Ph.D degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Studies from the University of Namibia.   Dr. Iipinge has a vast experience in education which range from being a school teacher, teacher trainer, headmaster of a secondary school, Vice Rector of Windhoek College of Education and currently a Lecturer of Assessment & Evaluation of Learning, and Educational Research at the University of Namibia. Dr. Iipinge has served in various national committees e.g. (Education Programme Committee of the Namibia National Commission for UNESCO, National Examination Assessment and Certification Board (NEACB), the Advocacy of ETSIP Committee, the Human Resources Committee for NCHE and National ICTs in Education Steering Committee.

Consultancy Projects:

  • Ambassadors Training Programme (March-April 2009): provided training to a number of people from a wide range of grassroots service oriented occupations such as the youth, receptionists, drivers, community leaders and potential leaders and other front-line workers wishing to develop an understanding of the importance of good customer service, and determine to start, improve and maintain good service in Events Organization.  This was sponsored by UCCB and Conference Link.
  • Training Chief Clerks on Customer Care (April-May 2010): Provided a training on good customer services to Chief Clerks of all the constituency offices in the Ministry of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development.
