7. Short Biography (maximum 150 words)	(Dr.Beukes is a Namibian with over twenty years of experience in the education sector in Namibia. For eighteen years he was Senior Lecturer in the Centre for External Studies responsible for student support to distance education students. Currently he is Head of the Department Lifelong Learning and Community Education, as well as Chairperson of the Postgraduate Studies Committee of the Faculty of Education.
