Pamela February is a Namibian with more than twenty-five years of experience in the education sector. She was a Mathematics and Science teacher for 19 years. She has been involved in teacher education for the past 6 years. Ms February lectures in Educational Psychology, Educational Research, Hearing and Intellectual Impairment. Her special interest is mathematical disabilities, human learning and Deaf Education. She has carried out research in diverse areas such as inclusive education, educational broadcasting, e-learning, etc. She serves on the Joint Consultative Committee on Deaf Education, the Steering Committee on Namibian Sign Language Dictionary and the Namibia Mathematics Task Force. She is assisting the Faculty of Education staff in the acquisition of ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence). Currently receiving training in Learning Disabilities as part of the Edulink Project involving Finland, Kenya, Zambia and Namibia.
