John Makala Lilemba is a Namibian with over twenty years of experience in the education sector in Namibia. He has been involved in teacher education for the past 16 years. Mr. Lilemba is a lecturer in Philosophy of Education, (Educational Foundations and Management department) and also offers courses in Governance of Schools and Monitoring School Effectiveness.
