Dr Mostert is a Namibian with over twenty years of lecturing experience in the area of Educational Psychology and Inclusive Education.  She has done research in different areas such as vocational interests, inclusive education, psychometric testing, reading habits and has published widely. Dr Mostert developed a standardised and norm based interest inventory for Namibian grade 10 learners.  Dr Mostert is also actively involved as reviewer of articles in accredited journals.  She has supervised several postgraduate students and has acted as external moderator for ph D students.  She has coordinated different externally funded link projects.
