Dr. C. B. Villet is a Namibian with over 20 years of experience in the education sector in Namibia. She has been involved with Teacher Education for the past 17 years. Dr. Villet is a senior lecturer in Educational Research and also offers Ph.D. courses on Educational Measurement, Testing and Evaluation, and Curriculum Theory and Design. She has been involved in the assessment and evaluation of both the general education sector and tertiary education through the World Bank, the African Virtual University, the National Institute for Educational Development and The Council for Higher Education in Namibia among others. She has been a project team leader for several research studies conducted in Namibia and outside of the country. She currently serves as the Chairperson for the Educational Research Network for Eastern and Southern Africa.
