Prof. R. F. Zimba is a full Professor of Educational Psychology and Research Methodology who was the Head of the Department of Educational Psychology and Inclusive Education for 10 years. He is currently the Director of the Postgraduate Studies Unit at the University of Namibia. Prof. Zimba has served the University of Namibia in various capacities for more than 18 years. During this time, he has participated in various educational activities pertaining to teaching, programme development, capacity building, research, mentoring and community service. Moreover, he has actively participated in national, regional and international conferences and workshops. He has supervised several postgraduate students at the Masters and Doctoral levels. Before coming to Namibia, Prof. Zimba taught at the University of Zambia for more than 10 years. Furthermore, he has been an external examiner for institutions such as the University of Stellenbosch, Africa University in Zimbabwe, University of Swaziland, University of the Northwest and the former University of Transkei.
