    (maximum 150 words)    		 Ms Ananias is a Namibian with over 18 years experience in the field of social work in Namibia.  She is a lecturer in the department of human sciences, social work section for the past seven years. She has practical experience as a generic social worker in government social services, as well as specialised experiences in mental health and working with young people.
