| Cathrine Nengomasha is a lecturer and Head in the Department of Information and Communication Studies, University of Namibia. Her research interests include electronic records management and e-government. She has carried out several commissioned research projects in records management in Namibia and Zimbabwe and advised on records management in the public service of Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. Research for her Ph D titled “A study of Electronic Records in the Namibian Public Service in the Context of E-Government” has strengthened her interest in electronic records and e-government. Prior to joining the University of Namibia, she worked in the National Archives of Zimbabwe and Botswana National Archives in various capacities including Chief Archivists, Deputy Director (Zimbabwe) and Principal Archivist (Botswana). |
