| Dr. Tsoubaloko is a Namibian by registration, originated from Congo brazzaville. He speaks French, English, spanish, Portuguese and Romanian. In his entire life he has been involved in music endeavours starting from the age of 10 as a member of the Salvation army church’s choir. He became a member of the National youth band and National band of Congo Brazzaville. Graduated as veterinary doctor in the Republic of Cuba in 1976 and he resigned in 1980 to enrol in music studies. After graduation as teacher in music in joined the high institute of education as a lecturer of music. In 1984 he joined the liberation struggle of Namibia, led by SWAPO with the founding President as a leader. In his appointment as Senior instructor, he led the cultural group of the organisation formed by young Namibians in exile, called “Ndilimani”. Currently he is a member of board of Directors “NASCAM”(copyrigths society). Advices music Union and is involved in many capacites in music promotion in the country. He designs music courses for various groups and organisations like the police band. |
