7. Short Biography
Mr Wilhelm Uutoni is a Namibian, a graduate of the University of Namibia with a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Library Science and Records Management.  Mr Uutoni has worked in libraries for three years and has received practical training in the academic and city libraries at the University of Oulu and Oulu City Library in Finland. Mr Uutoni is currently studying toward the master’s degree in Library and Information Sciences: Digital Libraries and Information Services at the University of BorĂ¥s in Sweden.
