He has been admitted as a Barrister-At- Law and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana since 1985.

7. Short Biography (maximum 150 words)	Professor Baloro started law teaching in the Faculty of law of the University of Ghana in 1982 as a lecturer. Since then, he have been involved in teaching , research, community service and management in the law Faculties of several universities namely: the Faculty of law of the University of Jos, in northern Nigeria, the Department of law of the University of Swaziland( where he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of which the Department of law was one of six departments); the school of law of the University of North West ( Mafikeng Campus), where he served as the Head of Department of Mercantile law, Deputy Dean and Dean of the School of law; the faculty of law of Vista University ( where he served as the head of the department of Commercial law, Dean of the Faculty of law and in 2002, Acting Deputy Vice-chancellor( Academic). Academic interest/ expertise	Prof Baloro have been engaged in teaching and conducting research in a whole range of legal areas but with a certain emphasis on commercial law, public international law/ international Economic law. Over the years, he have attended and presented papers at several international, regional and national conferences in all these areas of law. Many of these papers have been published in Nated refereed journals.

Recent Professional Activities (last 2 years): Training, Presentations, University Committees, Community Outreach, Professional Associations, Bodies &Public Lectures Note: Acronyms to be written out in full	He have acted as external examiner in several law Faculties in southern Africa namely the Faculty of Law of the National University of Lesotho ( NUL), the Department of law of the University of Botswana, the Department of law of the University of Swaziland, the Faculty of law of the University of Fort Hare, the Faculty of law of the University OF Science and Technology of Venda, the former University of Durban- Westville and the university of North West ( Mafikeng Campus). For many years, he was appointed by successive ministers of Trade and Industry( DTI) of the Republic of South Africa, to serve on the Standing Advisory Committee on Company law ( SAC) in South Africa. He have also served for several years as a senior part-time Commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation and Arbitration( CCMA) of the Republic of South Africa.
