7. Short Biography (maximum 150 words)	Dr Van der Vyver is a Namibian with more than 15 years of experience as lecturer at the Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences at the University of Namibia. Is involved in the nursing profession for the past 39 years in Namibia. Dr van der Vyver teaches the module General Nursing Science 111, supervises students who are registered at the university of Namibia for magister degree (Nursing Science) and doctorate (Nursing Science). Dr Van der Vyver serves currently on the University of Namibia Management Team as Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences.
