    Prof van Dyk is a Namibian with over twenty years of experience in nursing education in Namibia. Has been involved in education and training of nursing students for the past 37 years and with post graduate students for the past 15 years. Prof van Dyk is a full professor in nursing and offer PhD courses on research methodology , programme , model and strategy development. She supervises masters and doctoral students and is an external examiner on this level for several Universities in the SADC region.
