7. Short Biography	Ms Van der Westhuizen is a Namibian with over twenty years of experience in the tertiary nursing-education sector in Namibia. She is a lecturer in Health Services Management at undergraduate, Advanced / Post graduate diploma, as well as on Post-basic degree level.
