I have been awarded a World Laboratory Scholarship which I spent in the Chemistry Department, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, USA. During which I gained experience in using most of the Organic laboratory and spectroscopic techniques with which I came in contact. I have gained experience in using most of the Analytical laboratory techniques during my work in the water research and quality control laboratory at El-Mansoura University, Egypt. I have also experience in lecturing (Organic, Analytical, General, and Instrumental Analysis Chemistry) at the University level and experience in the preparation of scheme of work, practical assessment activities, principles of setting question papers and moderation of examination questions when working at El-Mansoura University, Egypt and at the University of Namibia, Windhoek, Namibia.
