Abstract of the paper

If you intend to present a paper, please send a two page abstract of your paper.  It can be sent by email as an attachment. The last date of receiving abstracts is 30th February 2013 and acceptance of the paper will be communicated by 30th April 2013. Please note that if your registration fee is not paid on time, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
