The Summit registration fee of US $20 (= 192 Rand), to be deposited in the Summit account (University of Namibia, First National Bank Windhoek, Account No: 55500057621, Branch No: 281872, Swift code: ARNNANX, Reference: Southern African Students Union Summit) the deposit reference must be inserted in the Summit registration form.

Or the Summit registration fee of US $20 (= 192 Rand) may be paid on arrival in Windhoek to attend the Summit.

Accommodation, meals nad transport from and to the airport  will be provided by the hosts. The Convenors accept liability for participants duly paid up and registered, who arrive on or after the 4^th December and will not be responsible for participants after the 9^th December 2011.
